On Thursday, May 13, 2021, the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation priced its spring debenture. Nineteen municipalities, one village, and four municipal enterprises participated in the issue which totalled $121,785,747. The debenture closed on May 28, 2021
The October 14, 2016 Directive from the Controllers Office states that senior manager's travel and hospitality expenses are to be publicly hospitality expenses are to be publicly disclosed.
Effective July 6th, employees will begin to migrate back to work on a semi-regular basis. Due to the building restrictions, staff will be varying their hours.
Municipal Finance Corporation staff will continue to work from home on those days they are not scheduled to work in the office.
Starting the week of July 13th, a staff member will be in the office Monday to Thursday. Staff will continue to work from home on Fridays until further notice.

The loans MFC provided to municipalities helped finance the following infrastructure investments:
